When your delivery clock starts

The delivery time for your song starts on receipt of your agreed lyrics. We send your lyrics for approval shortly after you order; once you approve them (or approve them with changes), your countdown begins.

Standard delivery times

• Classic — delivered within 72 hours of lyric approval.
• Portrait — delivered within 48 hours of lyric approval.
• Signature — delivered within 48 hours of lyric approval and photo upload.

Rush delivery

Add Rush My Order (+£30) at checkout for guaranteed delivery within 24 hours of approval. This is available on all tiers.

How your song is delivered

Every song is delivered digitally to your personal download page. You will receive an email with your secure link as soon as your song is ready. Your download page stays available so you can return to your files at any time.

Revisions

One round of revisions is included at the lyrics stage. Requesting changes does not reset or delay your delivery clock — your song goes straight into production once you submit your final approved lyrics.
