Delivery Policy

When your delivery time starts

Delivery time starts once your lyrics have been confirmed. We send your lyrics for approval shortly after you order; once you approve them (or approve them with changes), your countdown begins.

Standard delivery times

• Classic — delivered within 72 hours of lyric approval.
• Portrait — delivered within 72 hours of lyric approval.
• Signature — delivered within 72 hours of lyric approval and photo upload.

Rush delivery

Add Rush My Order (+£30) at checkout for delivery within 24 hours after lyric approval for Classic and Portrait, or lyric approval plus photo upload for Signature. This is available with every package.

How your song is delivered

Every song is delivered digitally to your personal customer account or download area. You will receive an email with a secure link as soon as your song is ready, and your purchased files remain available so you can return to them and download them again. Individual email links may expire for security; if one does, sign in or contact us and we will refresh it at no charge.

Revisions

One round of lyric changes is included. Your delivery time starts as soon as you submit the final words, whether you approve them as written or request changes.
