How long does delivery take?

The delivery clock starts once we have everything we need to make your song — that's the moment you approve your lyrics. For Signature orders, it's once you've approved your lyrics and uploaded your photos. Classic is delivered within 72 hours of lyric approval; Portrait and Signature within 48 hours (Signature counts from lyric approval and photo upload). We'll send your lyrics for approval shortly after you order, so the sooner you review them, the sooner your song arrives. If you request changes, they're applied and your song goes straight into production — your delivery countdown starts the moment you submit, whether you sign off as written or with changes. All tiers offer an optional Rush My Order add-on (+£30) for guaranteed delivery within 24 hours of approval. Many orders are completed ahead of schedule.

You approve every word before anything is recorded. The technology drafts; we craft.

The vocals are produced with state-of-the-art music technology, not a session singer. You choose the voice type — male or female — along with the genre, mood and tempo, and the technology performs the lyrics you have approved. Our team then listens back to every take and vetoes anything where the delivery doesn't carry the emotional truth of your story, sending it back until it does.

Every package includes one round of revisions, used when you sign off your lyrics. Further rounds after sign-off are £10 each. Errors on our part are always fixed free of charge, at any stage.
