How we look after your song
Your story, carefully checked: Our Cumbria team checks the names, dates, places and memories you supplied against your lyrics before you see them.
You approve the lyrics: Read every word and use your included lyric-change round before approval. Once approved, that version is locked; later creative amendments may be chargeable.
A real person throughout: A real member of our Cumbria team oversees your order and is available by email whenever you want to talk through your song.
Download, keep and replay: Your song and included keepsakes are delivered as digital downloads. The Lyric Sheet is a printable PDF; nothing is posted physically.
WHAT TO INCLUDE
What makes their song truly personal
His stories and personality
Every grandad has a repertoire. The war stories, the "back in my day" speeches, the jokes he's told a hundred times. We'll celebrate all of it.
What he's passionate about
His garden, his allotment, his football team, his workshop. The things that have defined his life outside of family.
His role in the family
The advice he gives, the way he is with the grandchildren, the quiet things he does that hold everything together.
Memories that span decades
Grandads have history. Think about the stories that have been passed down, the things only your family knows, the moments that defined who he is.
